Greg Baird is a partner in our Tigard office. He was named as a Martindale-Hubbell 5.0 AV Preeminent Rated Lawyer in 2013. Greg has been selected for inclusion in the Oregon Super Lawyers list since 2015. This is a peer-elected distinction that is only awarded to the top 5% of attorneys in Oregon. His practice specializes in trial and appellate litigation of insurance coverage and insurance defense disputes, as well as various commercial, tort, products liability, professional liability, and environmental matters. In the course of this litigation, Greg frequently represents clients in complex, multi-party negotiations. Greg is also a regular speaker and author on insurance issues in Oregon and is an active member in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

Greg earned his bachelor’s degree with high honors from Portland State University in 1988. He graduated magna cum laude from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in 1992. Greg worked as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon, for the Honorable Robert E. Jones.

Greg has extensive experience litigating insurance matters in Oregon state and federal courts.
