Molly Eckman is a Partner in our Seattle office. She counsels and represents clients in insurance coverage and defense disputes, as well as non-insurance commercial litigation. Molly has significant experience advising clients on complex insurance matters and engaging in litigation in a wide variety of contexts, including first-party, third-party, and bad faith claims, with a particular focus on environmental claims. Additionally, she has successfully defended breach of contract, premises liability, construction defect, legal malpractice, and consumer protection act claims at the trial court level and on appeal. Molly has also obtained favorable arbitration rulings and dismissals.  

Molly is licensed in both Washington and Oregon.  Prior to joining Gordon & Polscer, Molly was a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm in Seattle.  She has been repeatedly recognized by Washington Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.

Molly graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of San Diego.  In 2004, she graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law. While in law school, Molly was the Associate Editor-in-Chief for the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal (now the Washington International Law Journal) and an extern for the Honorable Barbara J. Rothstein in the Western District of Washington District Court.
