Austin is an associate in our Seattle office. His practice focuses on insurance defense and coverage disputes, as well as non-insurance commercial litigation. Austin’s experience allows him to guide clients through the difficulties and nuances of litigation with efficiency.

Austin is licensed in both Oregon and Washington. Prior to joining Gordon & Polscer, Austin practiced at a full-service business firm in Eugene, Oregon where he specialized in representing individuals and businesses in commercial disputes.

Austin received his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Oregon in 2016, and in 2019, he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Oregon.
